Ramen
In 1947, “Ramen Sakura”flavor root .Tonkotsu soup was a resarch to first of ”umami” (flavor) is conducted at ramen shop in the Kyushu area
of Japan.
Stewed Chicken bones, Pork bones, Onions, spices, Back sweet fat, Garlic, Kelp etc. boiled for more than 24hours and the original noodles were
added, and Tonkotsu Ramen born. Since 2000 Tonkotsu ramen shop open
throughout around the world.
Even here in Coron, Japanese owners import ingredients from Japan to get the
original tastes and provide it for the guests.
TONKOTSU-RAMEN
Ramen Sakura original tonkotsu broth seasoned and blended with natural salt and pepper paste and fragrant garlic oil. Served with original noodles and pork belly slices. Topped with ajikikurage (cloud ear mushroom), salted soft-boiled egg. A refined rich and mild taste ramen.

TONKATSU(PORK)
Tonkatsu are tender deep-fried pork cutlets served Japanese-style.
Tonkatsu are thickpork cutlets breaded with flour, egg, and bread crumbs and then deep-fried in oil.
Tonkatsu are cooked in a similar way to Tempura, but the ingredients are different.
With Tonkatsu, the cutlets are covered with flour, egg, and then bread crumbs for a
crispy texture when fried.
